Kris Costello defends professionals, business owners and corporate executives in licensing, civil or criminal matters relating to their profession. Her practice focuses on complicated white collar criminal matters, professional licensing and civil and regulatory defense. She advises clients on compliance and risk management issues. Ms. Costello heads the Firm’s litigation practice and leverages her 23 years of trial experience and ten years as a teacher of trial advocacy for all firm’s clients.

Kris Costello graduated from Boston College in 1987 with a bachelor of arts in History. She received her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law in 1991. Ms. Costello was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1991. She worked as a King County Public Defender for seven years. She founded Costello & Associates in 1998. She is a member of The National Trial Lawyers and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. She has taught trial advocacy at the University of Washington School Of Law and at National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).
